Hi everyone.
I just wanted to get some advice on my eating .
Yesterday:
I had a very large breakfast at 08:15 - 1 cup bran flakes(109cal) 1 banana(100cal), 125g yogurt(130cal) , 4 grapes (16cal)
After that I was still hungry. At 08:50 I had 100g bread(265cal), 2 sausages(100cal)and spinach sauté in butter(approx 100cal)
Then I watched tv and was hungry again at about 10:30 and I had 3 squares(15g) of cadbury dairy milk mint(71cal) and a magnum(270cal).
After that did not feel hungry any more until 19:30. Had Chinese stir fried noodles for dinner.
It's like that everyday. I have noticed that I usually eat excessively in the morning just after breakfast. I have my lunch just after breakfast. This happens only on weekdays when I am alone and have breakfast while watching tv.
On weekends my parents are at home and I have breakfast with them. I do not feel that hungry and eat at mealtimes only.
I need to find a solution because I am going to be at home alone like everyday because of vacations and revision.
Please help me
By the way I am 19 and sedentary girl. I'm 50 kgs and 159 cm.

50 kilos is fairly light for your height, have you been dieting or undereating a lot perhaps before now?

The hunger could be due to many things but if you have been dieting extensively or undereating a lot, it could be your body's way of telling you it needs nutrition.

Cereal and bananas seem quite carby for breakfast - was it a flavoured sweetend yoghurt too?

Try something more protein based like eggs for breakfast, and make sure you're drinking enough water.

You are verging on underweight for your height so eating too much really is not your problem. And but what you describe you are really not eating too much calorie wise. So what are your goals? What advice do you want. Without that information it's very hard to be specific. My initial feeling is you need to be eating more and maybe some more nutrient dense foods as well but without some more information it's difficult to advise.

Hunger is in fact a very poor indicator of what food you need especially if you have been undereating for extended periods of time

Did diet and lost 15 kgs. But that was a long time ago like 2.5 years ago.

I want to maintain my weight and adopt good and healthy eating habits but do not know how to start or how to stick to it.
