I am not new to attempting to lose weight, I feel that I know what to do with principles of applied physics (less calories in vs calories used in a day). I joined MFP a few months ago and man I tell you I had a decent time maintaining after I lost most of the water weight. After I joined MFP I started dropping and getting a better statistical approach to my health. I recently picked up riding my bike to work and that is one heck of a workout. 16 mi one way with a calculated calorie loss of 1000 - 1200 calories.
