Delicious and EASY breakfast!! Had to share...

I wanted to try something different for breakfast today...I'm getting tired of the same old cereal or oatmeal blah blah. I made a breakfast sandwich that is so simple and so yummy! It's only about 220 cal! Ingredients:

1 Arnold sandwich thin (100cal)
1 slice of cheese (I used Sargento chipotle cheddar :o))
1 tbsp light onion and chive cream cheese
Then just a piece of lettuce and sliced up tomato, carrot, and onion.

I microwaved it for 45 sec. and it was done. So easy and so good! :o)

Arnold is the brand. They are thin, round bread sandwiches. They are right in the bread aisle! :o)

I hadn't thought to make pizzas out of the sandwich thins! And I loved english muffin pizzas as a kid (and as a mom, since they're so darned easy for kids to make with friends as after school snacks.)

NICE! I know what lunch on Saturday will be now!
