Thought it'd be interesting to see how everyone chose their username for MFP (Meaning/Reasons)

I'll start first (duh):

Punky-i'm a true Punky Brewster plus with tatts and tons of piercings :blushing:
Ducky-my hubby calls me ducky (i apparently walk like a duck)

    The first two letters of my first name + my middle name = ilfaith

    It's my username on most forums and video games. Crateria is a reference to one of my favorite video games/series, Metroid. :)

    The underscore is because, somehow, someone snagged the original "Crateria" and I don't like to alter names by adding extra letters or numbers and stuff.

    For me it's the same name that I use on a number of forums that I participate in. Keeps it consistent for me.

    Cool - because I try to be pretty cool, fun, friendly, . . :glasses:
    Dad - well . . . I try to be a pretty cool dad for my kids :bigsmile:

    I started of with ejean61801 which is my first formal name intital + last name+ zip code
    Then I decided I needed a revamp so I switched to thinlizzie0802 as a play on the band, the fact that I go by Lizzie, and that I'm working towards losing weight!

    I took a first and last name I used for an email, then shortened it. Only afterward did I look it up and realize it has a very not peaceable meaning in another language. Ooops.

    casino night... friend kept tapping everyone's aces when being dealt the cards in blackjack (even the strangers at the table). eventually some dude had enough of it and screamed DON'T TAP MY ACES BRO at my friend.... and we've been using this phrase ever since.
