Guys between 5'5" and 5'9" (~165-175 cm) - Waist and weight poll
I am 5'7" (~170 cm) tall and I have a waist of 40 inches. I currently weigh 191 lbs (~86.6 Kg). Medium Build.
My initial goal is to get to 160 lbs with about a 35" waist.
I will be lifting weights during this time too. I do understand it is to minimize the loss of my existing muscle mass (Can't wait to think about bulking in a year!)
Just curious... what do you consider your "fighting weight and waist" measurement to be?
(Gifs welcome too! :drinker: )

Well, I'm 5'8" and have a 35 3/4-inch waist, but I'm about 220 pounds >_>
I'm trying to get down to 175-180, but would still likely be a 33-inch waist minimum. That's just how I'm built, I guess.0 -

Ha! So correct! I've been wearing 34" waist pants for ages. So four months ago I measured myself - waist 39" Belly 40". Say what? It has come down to 38/39 since then and some of the pants feel more loose. But you can't trust pant size.
