Protein

I'm having a hard time meeting the protein intake. (I'm having a hard time meeting a few things, but this one concerns me most since I already have it set pretty low.) Are there any suggestions in meeting this without having to consume too much meat or sodium? Thank you!!!

    All of the above!

Fish too; I love salmon and tilapia. Canned tuna fish also with a little fat free mayo.

eggs are good. Special K protein plus with skim milk.

there are some good protein powders out there as well. I use body fortress chocolate whey protein from walmart.
I put in some ice cubes, water or skim milk and a teaspoon of natural peanut butter.

Some grains like quinoa or couscous have around 15% protein.

If you like fish....white fish, prawns, tuna and scallops are very low cal and high in protein. Salmon is a higher cal possibility.

Nuts are good, but high cal. Broccoli is also high in protein.

Maybe google a list...protein sources for vegetarians or something similar.

eggs, lean sources of meat, nuts and seeds, greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, fish, even grains like quinoa, oats and wheat have protein, protein bars, protein powders, pea protein and hemp work really well in savoury foods and whey comes in all different flavours for a quick shake, tofu,
