I found that happening to me too.....I was doing the reduced calories and exercise thing before I joined this site- for about 6 months prior- exercising only- eating what I wanted- then I started cutting back the calories- didn't lose to much at first- but then after about 2 weeks of reduced calories and daily exercise- cardio- no weights- I have started to drop some weight- don't get discouraged and don't give up...you can do it :)
  • Your body could be going into starvation mode. There is a reason it says to eat 1200. I know everyone says this and I sound like a broken record. But it is SO important to get the right amount of nutrients.

If you're not getting ENOUGH calories, your body will hold onto fat. Make sure you're getting enough. I know that sounds stupid, eat more to lose more...but its the truth!
