Motivaters needed.

I have been doing pretty well the last 2 months and had some exciting progress, seen in pictures below. I feel highly motivated right now. I know that in hard times having friends on here who comment on your stuff, and you on theirs really helps you out.
So, here I am, asking for some friends. Lol
I started out in the beginning well over 300lbs and I am in the 260s now. I workout 5 days a week with my wonderful friend in her home gym. Her family is very into fitness and her husband is a strength and conditioning coach for a well known college.. so since being so fortunate to have met them, they are helping me out a lot.
My biggest struggle is to eat enough food and to make my meals well balanced. My body was used to me only eating dinner and so forcing myself to eat at any other time was hard but getting easier. I was about an hour late on my breakfast this morning because of work and my body was deff reacting to not having it. Which I assume means that eating on this schedule everyday is paying off.
My strengths are I always give it my all in the gym and I have really great self control. (Excited that I quit pop this year, day 176! I still want it but I can resist! )
Thanks for reading my long, scatterbrained post.

It is wonderful that you have found friends that you can work out with, that always helps and its great that you are working on eating earlier, it definitely helps0

Hi! Awesome progress so far! My name is Kim and my weight loss journey began two years ago. I was at my heaviest (225) and things were not good. I couldn't keep up with my kids, I was tired all the time, and my doctor told me that my cholesterol was on the rise! I decided something needed to change. I started walking, and eventually doing some weight training. I am down over 75 pounds! I feel so much better, and I love supporting and encouraging people to do the same. I would be happy to be an accountability partner with you. I still have some weight to lose, so we can work at it together! Getting your nutrition under control is a big key to losing weight. I can share what has worked for me if you are interested. If you work hard, I know you can reach your goal! So what do ya say? Are you in?0
