Hi everyone,

I've posted a little in the last month, but just realised that I haven't done a proper introduction :) I'm 37 and have lost 21kg in 9 months, but have 35-40kg to go. I lost most of my weight after hypnosis (I know, I know, it's a bit out there, but hey it's worked for me) and have now started to seriously train and found that I was much hungrier than when I was just doing light exercise (well derrrrrrrrrrrr lol) and decided to track what I was putting in my mouth to make sure I was doing it right. I started running in January and am now in training for 14km event in August and a half marathon (gulp) in September. Fitness is my main motivator and losing weight at a slower rate with less restrictions is what I'm aiming for.

    Great work.. wow hypnosis.. tried regression under hypnosis.. just made me feel stupid.. didn't work on me at all..

    yes technically... they are salt lakes and there a few of them scatter over the different states.
