Today I came across that BeachBody has a 2-Day Fast Formula.

Any personal reviews on it?
For only $20 I'm willing to try it but I want an idea about it first.

    i did it, and let me tell you if you just want to lose water weight for a couple days go for it, but that's about all its going to do.

    I was extremely exhausted and did not feel like it helped me accomplish anything of substance.
    The taste is tolerable, it just taste like super thin flavored milk.

    That being said I love Beachbody so this isn't a beachbody bash. i just dont think the fasting formula is worth it

    anything beachbody sells besides its videos is a do not buy.

    I did it before a wedding I was a bridesmaid in and lost 6lbs (I'm 5'0 and have a BMI of around 20) and kept 4lbs of it off by eating clean and keeping up with my workouts. With that being said, my goal for using it the product was to lose some bloat before the wedding and help motivate me to keep up with the workout program I'm following. You definitely lose mostly water weight but for me it gave me a push to become more fastidious about eating clean

    try it but still don't put too much hope in it.. Exercise and right diet is better
