Hi Community!
I am really needing some advice and guidance. I am currently 122 lbs. 5'2" and 5'3". My goal is 115 lbs. I have been there before and know I can do it again- it will just take me about 3 months to do so I am completely fine with it taking that long, but I am noticing some trends with my body and need some help.
Most importantly, being a 21 year old female, I feel like my period should be regular. It was only regular for about three years after I first got my period when I was 13 years old. By irregular, I mean I have it once every 3-4 months randomly. It lasts for like 3 or so days. The problem is that my period is STILL irregular. I workout 5-6 days a week, eat around 2200 calories per day and leave a deficit in order to lose weight, albeit, a small 250 deficit, but it is still one.
My period is irregular and I am constantly tired, super fatigued, no matter how much I sleep.
I talked to my doctor about 10 months ago and she said to give my period another year because I have been dealing with a lot of stress. I would prefer to do things the natural way, AKA- not take birth control.
Is there ANYTHING I can do to get it all back on track?

Health comes first. Stop trying to lose weight until this medical situation is figured out.0

If you're still worried, make another appointment with your doc and/or ask for a referral to a specialist. 10 months seem close enough to one year to me. Or in some cases it takes that long (two months) to get a non-emergency appointment
By the way, here ya go:

Sounds like time for a follow up.
p.s. I never liked birth control either.0
