Well, that just helped me justify my recent calorie increase, as I started to feel like crap trying to weight train 3x/week on 1380.

Ok, this settles it. I've been curious about starting deadlifting but I can't get into a gym until the beginning of September. I can't change the start date on the gym, but I can make sure I start deadlifting as soon as I get in there! Thanks for sharing this!0

Nerd fitness is awesome. I love having a bodyweight workout for those weeks when I can't make it to the gym. And heavy weights? LOVE.0
