Protein Pancakes reheating?

I've been loving protein pancakes lately. Does anyone know if they reheat well? Like if I were to make a few ahead of time to bring to work with me & warm up in the microwave for an afternoon snack.

I've never had a problem reheating as long as I reduce the power and don't cook them too long.

Toaster oven would probably work best if that's an option ... 'course me I'd just eat them cold. ;)

I reheat pancakes by putting them in a regular toaster. Works great, I don't see any reason protein pancakes would be different.

Guessing it depends on what's in then, but I'd just microwave on low for 10 seconds until it's done.
  • I've wondered the same thing. Temperature when in storage and in cooking and preparation can most certainly affect the nutritional value of products. As I am sure heating normal pancakes back up taste just the same.... Reheating protein pancakes may provide a slightly less amount of desired nutrients.....the nutrients you want to benefit from by eating protein pancakes from in the first place. I have invested in a pack to try and would love to save time in mornings by pre making. I may send a few emails to see if it returns any answers. However I see this link is long gone inactive but wonder if anyone actually revived any sound advice. E.g from any governing food agency on the issue.
    Kind regards,
