Hi everyone .just joining in . Have been enjoying long hikes in the hills

Using Strava and iPhone5s for tracking. The distances are fine, but the calories sent over from the app seem high.
One day it had me negative for the day, but I've been eating 2000 to 2600 calories a day, and not losing very much ( a couple of pounds)0 -

i think i'll shoot for 150 miles for the month. that leaves me just 5 days to get in another 51.5 miles. :huh:

i gave up on the 150 mile goal. real life intervened this weekend and i just didn't have the time or energy to put in another 15 miles or so. i'll finish out the month with one last long walk tomorrow... *shrugs*0 -

18.08 miles away from my 60 mile goal.0 -
My original goal was to walk 225 miles in June and make 100 of them cardio miles. However, I changed my goals because, frankly, I was just walking too much and I found that I was getting obsessed by it. It was taking way too much time and when I would finally get home at night, I just was too tired to do anything else. So, I am now limiting my cardio miles to about 2 miles a day, or about 30 minutes. Of course, this also decreases my regular miles. In addition, it finally got hot here, so my lunchtime walks happen a lot less. My walks are limited to the track at the gym.
I still did well though, I think:
