My flatmate made me taste the dinner she cooked...a mouthful of chicken, pasta and veggies with sauce...how the hell do I log that or should I ignore it?
This is probably a stupid question!

quick add calories?
tablespoons are generally 10g
teasponns are 5g
or you could quick add a few calories if you feel the need...0 -
It's not a stupid question. I tasted some Manwhich I made for my niece the other day and it was sooooo good!! Anyway...What I would do is break apart your ingredients. You had a small piece of chicken, probably a tablespoon of pasta, table spoon of veggies and the sauce, if that.
I think you just need to make an educated guess and go with it. You might be a little high or a little low, but it will balance out during the week. I would probably log 100 calories and run with it. That way you don't forget that you did have that extra bit of food during the day.0 -
Well it was one pasta. 1 piece of chicken. on a fork...it had a few veggies...haha I'll not bother adding, I did walk places today and worked out0

I agree! If you walked today I wouldn't bother adding it either. :bigsmile:0

When I make my own meals, I break it all down and log it in.0
