ughh I remember those days. They sure made me cranky. LOL.
Maybe if you plan out your meals to include enough for leftovers then you'll have something to eat that's healthy and made.
Also when your kids nap, so do you. Take you list of things to do and all but throw it out. Start focusing on getting the kid to sleep. Maybe the youngest needs to eat more before bed.
Good luck. 0 -
OMG .... I feel your pain and I only have one child who happens to be a spoiled brat. Trust me we are here for you. Like the poster said before, nap when they nap and plan your meals for today. Good luck mama .... I pray better days are coming!0

I remember those days!!! How old is your youngest? Here's what I did, and I hope it helps you!
First and foremost I had a VERY rigid bedtime routine from DAY ONE. In our house bedtime was 7pm. I had a routine that never changed. By the time my kids were 2, they could look at the time on the vcr and say its 7-0-0 time for bed! Of course, for babies its a bit different... but you follow the routine starting at exactly the same time each night. If they are waking in the night because they are hungry (try some cereal in nighttime bottle when age appropriate), they get changed, rocked and fed and back to bed. I never rocked any of my children to sleep..only until almost asleep so they learned how to put themselves to sleep (wise words from dr. t berry brazelton..) If they are older, and they wake in the night you check on them, hug them, and explain that its bedtime and they must stay in their bed. If nighttime nonsense has been going on for a while, it will take a few days to break them! But, it will be worth it!!! Not only because you get to sleep but because they are getting the rest they need!
When my babies were little they had two naps per day...the first one, i napped. The second one I cleaned the house and did chores. And, all kids were in bed at 7pm. As they got older, the rule was you have to be in your room for quiet time by 8pm and lights out at 9pm.0
