BodyFat Percentage Change

Went from 54% body fat to 37%. All this working out is paying off. Since the first picture It has only been about 19lbs.

    I have to say I am beginning to agree with you.
    I set some pretty high short term goals for the gym.. and I went through today and have met them all. :)

    Here is some pics I have of my work outs.. It varies day to day. I love circuit.. but I work out with 2 other ladies. One who is in excellent shape, one with about 40lbs to loose and me with 100 more to loose. (We all do the same workout)
