Hello im a over weight, work six jobs and take lots on line classes and work out about 11 times a month. Married and 2 kids I barley see. I took some belly fat pills that help me lose 25 pounds, after 1 year of taking them. when I turned 31 I hurt my back stop working out hard stop taking taking them pills gained 30 lbs back and my belly blew up bigger than before I started taking pills. My friends help me eater better as in more self cooked foods , at tell me to eat more fresh greens and fruit. I picked up candy and eating late. I need help to get back motivated again. Im a firefighter / paramedic so my job keep me busy. my current weight is at 235.0 lbs . so here I am trying something new and well hello every one
