Hello to everyone,

Love the site so far. This is my 1st day and I'm looking forward to the support and reading others good reports.

2011 is my year to really start living and this is the 1st step. I'm going to be 45 this year and I want the 2nd half of my life to me BETTER then the 1st half.

    Welcome to the site! this is my 3rd day and I love this site!! So easy to use. I'm hoping 2011 is my year to drop a few pounds too!! If you have an iphone or android phone the app is great!
