Hello everyone I am new to this and I need some friends that I can chat with that understands what I am going through. it always helps when you have someone that can relate to you.

    Hey we are all here for the same reason (I assume?). Support is the best thing...together we can do this right? I weifgh in tomorrow I am SO scared......Uhg I hate this.

    hi shanan..welcome. I just joined too, on Jan 3rd, and i find this site very useful. It really helps me guauge what i should and shouldn't be consuming. I need to loose 100+ lbs, so i understand what you mean about support..i need it also! I just lost my first 4 lbs, and I am really proud of myself. I think the trick will be to stick with it..which is may fau pa!! all the support and motivation is just what we need to get through the tough days! A little about myself..I'm 34, married, mother of one, started gaining weight 12 yrs ago after I had my daughter, and am at the tip of my scale!! take care..tty soon!

    Good luck to you! I really like this website. I get great idea's and even though I don't know anyone here, I feel like a lot of friends are behind me.
