Hello everyone!

New here, following a suggestion from a friend. I'm somewhat athletic, into motorcycle track riding, and I used to run quite a bit as well as do body weight-based strength training, before some personal issues led to a dependence on alcohol. Today is when I begin quitting drinking and working on a guided plan to weight loss and strength training.
