Pre/post training nutrition suggestions

Find myself eating the same **** before and after training everyday...I love it. But some new ideas would be great. Peanut butter is out, too slow digesting for me, I like to train 1 hr after eating, any later and im hungry during training any earlier and comes back up.
Pre - fats and carbs
Post - carbs and protein

no powders etc..**** with macros in it

look forward to your suggestions...

All I have is oatmeal with protein power 2 hours before my workouts. If you are cutting you will never be satisfied no matter what you eat unless you do intermittent fasting for like 1 month or 2. Thanks to IF Im dont get hungry at all. I just eat because I know I have to hit my macros. I can now go on without food for like 9+ hours and dont feel hungry. Do it for a while so your gets used to it.

Fats are VERY slow digesting. I suggest you to stick with carbs before the workout with protein powder (If you have one). You could as well boiled some punkin and eat it with with eggs end bacon!

IF doesnt interest me because my leptin levels are finally at a healthy level after comp prepping last year.
Currently I have nutella on rice cakes preworkout and protein and nutrigrain post workout. I like having junky things around my workout, they sit well in my stomach, are digested faster and are generally high carb, high sugar. Fruit also.

I just eat lunch with extra carbs on training days and train 2 hours later.

Post is either a quest bar or shake, because I'm actually hungry and want extra protein. Anything else, as in "YOU NEED FAST ACTING CARBS" is bro-science and has been proven over and over to be false.

DUDE, I've been teaching swim lessons and I can hardly eat from 10am-6pm because I get an upset stomach from the swimming, but Hawaiian bread sits so nicely.

I usually have 2 Bananas before a workout, the sugar gets into your system quickly and gets you going, usually gave a protein shake (low fat, low carb) after a workout made with water, then have something along the lines of rice/pasta with chicken breast after a shower
