Diet & Blood Type

Is anyone doing a diet by the blood type? For the blood Type O, this diet points out problems with whole wheat products and with some green vegetables or beans. I have this type of blood and I recognise these problems.
Though, the part of the bread is a problem because it is difficult to find here the below list of breads: Essene Bread, Ezekiel Bread, Amaranth, Barley, Buckwheat, Rice, Kamut, Kasha, Millet, Rye, Spelt.

The research behind the blood type diet is shotty at best. I looked I the studies in depth. The reason it works is that about 2/3 of the population is type O. So it is really just another Paleo,Adkins, Zone-low carb diet.
Doesn't mean that if you give up wheat you won't lose. You will but the foundations for the"diet"are losely tied togetehr theories with little scientific proof0 -
The good thing about the diet is that you are taught to consider staying away from pre-packaged stuff and to keep portion size down.0

Complete nonsense & pseudoscience. Your blood type has no more bearing on your nutritional requirements any more than your eye colour does.......(hey.....I could get rich selling the Eye Colour Diet    )0

I am feeling so naive now (blushing). I got it! This is only a type of diet that you can follow and there is no scientific reason behind it that connects a specific diet with the blood type. Uffff! For me this is good news!
Thanks everyone! You are great!0
