cooking a 2/3 course meal for partner

Hi all,I have a week off work and would love to supprise my other half with a 2 or 3 course meal when he come back from work. I am gutting stuck on what to cook as there are soooooo many lovely recipes and meal ideas I keep on changing my mind also I don't have any ideas on afters any help would be fab x

    What does he like to eat? What appliances do you like to use?

    He will eat anything and everything u don't really have many appliances but can always ask friends and family for a lend x
