Here I am again, starting over.
Today I start my 24 Day Challenge by Advocare, I think I can commit to 3 weeks of healthy eating.
Wish me luck,
Deb

Deb,
Instead of restarting on yet another quick fix type diet, how about saving your money, log your food here, eat at a reasonable deficit, do some activity, and work on developing good habits.
Log your food accurately and honestly. Go for 80% good choices the other 20% don't worry so much about. I eat lots of delicious food and have consistently lost. Keep it simple find a REASONABLE deficit:
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal

Find an activity you enjoy doing - I found I love to ride my bike and lift heavy stuff

I, too, am renewing my commitment today. I have been stalled for a long time and have been maintaining a fairly steady weight but in the past few weeks, it has started creeping up. The dedicated and unadulterated tracking starts now!0

I'm restarting again also, you can add me and we can do this together. I've started logging my food and will start working out today, just a light workout to start ans the plan is to work up to a more intense workout by the end of the month, if all goes well i will try and restart the Insanity workout again ( I have always given up in the first week) good luck.0
