Not losing... :(

I didn't lose anything last week and don't feel like I have this week yet...weigh in day is Wednesday. My diet isn't perfect - since baby arrived I've been cooking less as I've not as much time. I am breastfeeding which gives an extra 500 calories a day...my goal calories are 1550 plus the 500...some days I add the 500 in and others I don't (only add them in if I go over 1550)!

What am I doing wrong?!

Nothing. Weight loss isn't linear. That means you may or may not see weight loss every single week.

Just keep logging and sticking to your goal.

    This^^^^

I took a quick look through your diary and it appears you are doing a fine job logging.

I was a little worried to see your net is around 1000-1200 on most days. As a breastfeeding momma you have alot going on in your body, so make sure you take care of it and fuel yourself properly. I would image there are different hormone processing going on in your body that could be masking your weight loss as well. It might be worth trying to make some friends who have had children and breast fed so you can find out what to expect during this time. There are probably groups for that as well.

Totally agree with this. Though I will say that you may want to tighten your logging up. I can see a few areas where it could be inaccurate. It's probably not effecting anything now but as you lose weight and you deficit gets smaller these errors can make quite a difference. Have a look at this link some great advice on accurate logging. Good Luck and keep doing what your doing

Thanks guys! I know some of my entries are a bit generic so could be a bit inaccurate...I do try to estimate over but know I'll need to get tighter with that! Thanks for link!!

All I ever hear from breastfeeding mums is how it helped them lose baby weight...but this is obviously not happening for me. I have a (mildly) under active thyroid so this could be why!
