mushroom and zucchini spaghetti pie casserole

2 tsp of rosemary
1 tsp thyme and oregano
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz box of spaghetti
1 tbs of evoo
2 cups of sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup of thinly sliced onion
1 1/2 cups of thinly sliced zucchini
1 can 14 1/2 oz died tomatoes undrained
8 eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese oven 350 degrees
mix rosemary oregano thyme salt in small bowl set aside cook pasta and drain heat oil in skillet over med heat add mushrooms and onions cook and stir for 5 mins add zucchini tomatoes and herb mixture cook and stir till most liquid is almost gone beat eggs in large bowl add pasta and a half of cheese mix well stir in vegetables in skillet cook on low 5 mins sprinkle with remaining cheese bake 10 mins 260 cals per slice
