    an extremely unfit guy who smokes alot slowly killing himself, the coughing is constant all the time he is out having a cigarette, its like if you could think of the most beautiful piece of classical music you've ever heard and then think of the opposite, its like that.... nails down a board type noise, 10 minutes it goes on for many times a day... i feel sorry for him in some senses, but there you go thats what i've been listening to for the past 10 minutes
