Hello Everyone! This marks the 10th day in a row that I've logged in and tallied my food intake and exercise....LOVE IT! This is a very helpful tool on my fitness journey. I have turned a few others on to this as well! I am currently setting my goal to lose 50 lbs. As of this morning I had lost 5!!! YAHOO! I'm getting used to logging in now several times a day....how are all of you doing? Also, I wish we could have more exercise choices to choose from....I do Turbo Fire , Turbo Jam and Chalean Extreme and would like to be able to add these as they are complete workouts?????
