    I'm a chick but my bf does it and im thinking about starting it hes def bulked up a lot since and it works as long as you follow it im doing t-25 and insanity

    Starting on Monday (July 7th)....there is a FB group all starting on Monday and the creator Sagi Kalev himself just became a member, pretty cool!
