Cardio has nothing to do with being thin and ripped. Cardio = Cardiac Aerobic Excercie. As in, it improves your cardiac system. You can lose, maintain, or gain weight with or without cardio.0

...Just weight lift if that's what you want to do. Cardio, once again, is not necessary to have a "good body."0

No, you don't have to do cardio, but I am curious as to how much cardio you are doing that this is becoming a problem. If you lift 3 days a week, do cardio 1-2 days, then 2 rest days, you've got yourself a pretty well-rounded program. If you just want a certain look, then you can probably drop the cardio.
If you want to have a certain fitness level to go with the look, you might want to consider keeping in some cardio. There is evidence that the anaerobic nature of weight training has benefits that translate over to the aerobic side, but like anything, you have to train your body to do what you want it to do. Fitness is more than strength and visible muscles, it's also endurance, speed, agility, balance, flexibility, power movements, and all of those things need practice and training in order to improve just like your lifts.0 -
so for a guy like me 18 years old 5'10 73kg can i stop doing cardio or should i continue with cardio and heavy lifting to have a good body?
You have to do what you enjoy.
Cardio, or even exercise, is not required to lose weight, though both do have their benefits.0 -

why dont you cut back on your cardio but keep at it just because it is a good workout for your whole body inside and out.0

If you want to get the best gains don't quit cardio. What you can do is limit your cardio by performing HIIT instead of long drawn out cardio. Do 20-30 minutes of HIIT (1 minute as fast as you can run, 2 min of a relaxed jog). You will be increasing your VO2 Max which will ensure your cardio vascular fitness and lead to better lifts at the bench.0 -
I agree with the above poster. Do HIIT or Fartlek training.0
