Mild cramps after exercising?

Does anyone else get lower back/stomach cramps after exercising?
I kind of feel like I am going to throw up after running - that's when it's the worst cramps.
I thought maybe it was to do with the time when I eat food and exercise. Usually I have some granola with yoghurt and a cup of coffee, then drink lots of water. I then wait 1 hour 30 minutes after I eat before I exercise.
Is 1 hour 30 minutes not long enough to wait? What do other people typically eat before they run/exercise?

Add a banana. Potassium deficits are often the cause of cramps and bananas have a ton of it. You probably want to eat one a few hours BEFORE running.0
