BodyPump-still sore after rest day-can I workout today?

I did my first round of Body Pump on Sunday (loved it!) I took yesterday as a rest day, but am still pretty sore today. Can I work out today if I'm still sore? I was thinking of doing some sort of Tabata workout, or maybe a HIIT workout.

    Yes you can work out when you're sore! As long as it's just being sore, not anything extremely painful. Be sure to pay attention to what your body is telling you while you work out and if something seems way too difficult or there's a new weird ache/pain back off of what you're doing. Be sure to stretch and/or foam roll. You might actually feel better tomorrow after a workout today! Just take it easy.
