How do you add that to your exercise? How do you figure out how many calories you burn doing it? Its about 20 minutes of hard none stop working out.

I log it under Cardio as Circuit Training, General for 25 minutes.0

I wear a heart rate monitor so it tracks my calories burned up by 30 day shred. Then I go to "My Exercise" , click "Create exercise", put in my description, time and cals burned I realize everyone will be different but I burn about 220 cals doing the Shred lvl 10

I use this website. It has most types of exercise or something close to and you just add your weight and time and it will tell you.
