Hello everyone I just join MFP and need friends that will motivated me. I just started going to the gym again and I really want to keep going and work on toning. I will really appreciate all the help and support I can get thank you!

    Hi! Just keep believing you can do it! My favorite thing is to swim, it burns more calories than walking and running! And it flexes everything! You can do it!!
