I'm right there with you. I actually really lost weight a few years ago but then kind of stopped paying attention and now really, really need to focus. I'm happy to walk the journey with you! It's a struggle and can be so frustrating, I know.

I have PCOS. Im not on any meds for it either. No pill cause I'm too heavy & my BP is too high & I cant take metformin cause it makes me ill.

Im having successful weight loss though regardless.

Feel free to add if you like, just add a message with the request. My diary is open to friends. :flowerforyou:

I have PCOS and am happy to support. I am re-shedding some pounds but have taken off 85lb successfully in the past. It can be done.

I JUST got a tentative diagnosis & Metformin prescription Monday! Oddly, I'm excited. It kind of validates I'm NOT crazy and gives me hope that by knowing what's going on, I can manage it better and finally lose some weight :)

    I'll add you.

Hello everyone, sorry for the delayed response. I honestly didn't know anyone was responding. I was on metformin a few years ago. I loved it. My body doesn't adjust well to Birth control. Right now, I am in a ton of pain though from Endometriosis. It seems like when one issue stops , another starts.

I'm 99% certain I have PCOS. Don't have an official diagnosis due to a lack of healthcare. I envy you having a good experience with Metformin. I took it for my diabetes, but had some bad reactions to it.

Yep, I have had a great experience with it. Health care issues suck. I know because I have been there. Right now I am trying to find a doctor to help me with all this.
