Help entering my lunch into the tracker

I need some help entering my lunch for today. I had the Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer Chicken Margherita, but all the chicken in it looked fatty and rubbery so I picked it out. I only ate the pasta and veges (I know I need the protein but couldn't make myself eat it). The chicken looked over processed and honestly gross. I found all the entries for this meal but I'm not sure how to adjust my entry to exclude the chicken. Any suggestions?
