I used to be really fit my freshmen yr of high school. Then I slowly stopped caring about working out and eating well. About 2 months ago, I made it a priority to go to the gym no matter what. I realized why I loved going to the gym. The first couple of weeks were hard, but once you get past that, you'll want to go. Just make yourself go. It becomes a habit. And since I workout I've been more motivated to stick to nutrition. Eat enough so you have energy! TDEE - 20%= WEIGHTLOSS. And you won't starve!!! You'll get to eat what you want and lose weight. Just start.
You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step---MLK0 -
i started so slowly, I gave up soda and tea for four weeks then I gave up breads for 4 weeks and I was down 20. 20 pounds of soda and bread?! it seemed too easy, too silly! I was hooked
abstinence worked for me in the beginning because I didn't have to log or count just not eat those things. Now on day 124, I log log log!0
