Low Sugar/Calorie Cereal/Granola?

During the summer months I shy away from eating hot oatmeal although I love it and am a creature of habit. I recently discovered "Overnight Oats" and will see how that goes but I was wondering if anyone knows of Brands/Types of cereal and/or granola that are low in calorie and sugar? I like Special K and Kashi however; 2 cups for breakfast, almond milk, and a banana usually leaves little consumption for the rest of the day. (I try to stay within 1200-1500 calories)

I want to find a cereal/granola, or a recipe I can make that will be lower in sugar and calories too. Any suggestions?
