New to MFP, 75 pounds to lose, Need friends!

This is my second day with MFP on my journey to lose 75 pounds by June, 2015. I am happy to begin a new chapter in my life, but I am also scared of what the journey entails. I really need your support and advice, so please add me to your friend list.

    You can do this! I know b/c I've just lost 25lbs in 90 days. For me, consistent tracking and maintaining the suggested 50/30/20 calorie breakdown have been key. I've never once been hungry or felt deprived. Rather, a whole new world of food (and ingredients) has been opened up to me. I feel healthy, fit, and empowered. I wish the same success for you.
