Hi All,
This is my second day with MFP on my journey to lose 75 pounds by June, 2015. I am happy to begin a new chapter in my life, but I am also scared of what the journey entails. I really need your support and advice, so please add me to your friend list.

You can do this! I know b/c I've just lost 25lbs in 90 days. For me, consistent tracking and maintaining the suggested 50/30/20 calorie breakdown have been key. I've never once been hungry or felt deprived. Rather, a whole new world of food (and ingredients) has been opened up to me. I feel healthy, fit, and empowered. I wish the same success for you. Make a plan and set small goals.
It works if you apply yourself and no 'cheating' ~ if it goes in your mouth record it <period>
This only helps you in the long run - eat stuff and make trade offs
