The last time I was on this site I was 200lbs at my heaviest.

One year later, I am at 150. I had some slips ups along the way. :embarassed:

But, I am ready to lose the rest of the weight and tone up! :bigsmile:

    it doesn't look like you have the beginning img tag? I always use tinypic.com to get the right code to put in...

    I did but it didn't show up when I submit it, for some reason. lol Fixed now! :)
