am i eating enough/ doing too much?

Options
I never feel like i do enough exercise and feel incredibly guilty for eating when i'm not hungry. I tend to eat alot in the evenings because i find i have alot of spare cals, is it bad to say have a bag of popcorn/ some carrots and hummus etc.. after the gym even if im not hungry?
I think i eat ok for my height and weight :
height- 5 foot 6
weight - around 7 stone/ 98-100lbs varies
Female

I typically do 1-2 gym classess a day + walking etc.. for example this week:
monday- 80 mins waling, 10 mins running, 1 hour body combat
tuesday- 80 mins walking, 20 mins biking, 45 minutes weight training
wednesday- i have a race but would normally do a weights class for an hour
thursday- ballet ( would typically do walking and/or yoga in the morning )
friday- 1 hour circuits + 20 mins walking, 10 mins running + gym time + walking the dog etc...

No you are not eating enough. I am sure your doctor will tell you the same thing.

you said you have been feeling light headed and having sugar binge cravings.

That is a pretty good sign that you aren't eating enough.

Also, has your weight increased? If not, then it is pretty clear that you aren't eating enough.

Your macros are set to approximately 2,000 daily and just at a peek you are consuming 900-1100 calories without exercise calories figured in! (That's the problem and insane). You are lucky you haven't passed out.

I would suggest speaking to a doctor and maybe a specialist, as your post suggests you may have an ED or be headed that way. Also, you are underweight and working out rather a lot under the circumstances and considering your food intake.

    You're 5'6 and weigh 100 pounds?

Sounds like an ED to me.

For the amount of activity you typically do throughout the day, I would definitely think you should be eating more. Maybe try snacking on a lot of fruit to help those sugar cravings and get more calories in. Try talking to your doctor or a dietitian, since they can really help you figure things out.

    5 foot 6" tall, weighing 100lbs - underweight by at least 15lbs.

Forget about not eating or feeling guilty when you do eat, you have a problem with eating, you really need to see a doctor.
