Substituting Food???

I am paying close attention to my Macros and wondering if anyone knows something similar I can substitute for 15 almonds =( I am so tired of eating them and I don't digest them very well. The Macros are:
Cal- 80
Carb-3g
Fat- 7g
Protein- 3g
Sugar-1g

Hi! If not already, I hardly recommend you to focus on the healthy fat and calorie density (amount of nutrients per calorie) of the almonds when searching for a substitute.

To maintain that -and fit your macros- you could have several kind of nuts on your home, and keep alternating them the way you most like (day to day, when you're tired, etc.). You can try: walnuts, pecans, (natural) peanuts/peanut butter, cashews, and so on. Also: olives, olive oil, and coconut oil.

    1 tbsp of peanut butter

    95 calories
    3.5g of protein
    8g of fat
    4g of carbs

    Pretty on par...

How about avocados? They are missing the protein but it isn't like you were getting a ton of protein from 15 almonds.

    1/5 medium avocado (1 oz/30g)
    Calories 50
    Carbs 3
    Fat 4.5
    Protein 0
    Sugar 0
