Is it bad to lose 4 pounds the 1st week of diet?

    I don't see why it would be. Your might not be used to the decrease in calories.

    Lol, I wouldn't complain! I think a lot of it may be water loss. I find that every time I start drinking more water and eating in a more healthy manner I lose a lot in the beginning.
  • It also depends on what you're starting weight is. If you're just starting, you definitely lose more in the beginning then it kinda slows down and evens out as you go along :)

    Nope! I don't see anything wrong with it as long as you are following your calories and working out! My first week ended on Tuesday and I went from 188 to 182 in a week...since then I've lost a few more. As long as you're doing it the healthy way I really don't see a problem with large losses! Keep up the amazing work!
