    It's sorta like the Elliptical, except you have more freedom to move almost however you want. You can run with bigger strides like a gazelle on minute then switch it up to step climbing for a few minutes then switch it up again so you're just jogging.

    This machine is KILLER! It's seriously a fantastic workout, almost like working out in sand!
