Heat affecting workout

So I cannot make myself do my circuit training videos. I was doing so good up until three weeks ago then I got sick Nd couldn't work out. I started feeling better a few days ago but the heat is making me feel lightheaded and sluggish so the only workout I've been doing is walking laps in the pool. The heat is making me feel bloated too. Ontop of all that when I was sick I wasn't tracking. I was trying to eat to soak up the medicine I was taking. I feel like I took a backslide. Anyone else having trouble with the heat?

Yes, I can't run the distance I was doing before in this heat and humidity. I've been doing a lot more walking and short runs (5K about 35 mins) instead. Better than nothing until it dies down a bit. You could work out when the sun goes down or early before it gets to hot if that fits into your routine? It doesn't work for me at all but if you have a more consistent schedule it would probably help.0

Yes I live in Arizona and its close to 110F!!! I have found that staying hydrated helps me stave off lethargy. Do you find that you're less hungry in the heat? If you're near a pool, you could swim for exercise....0

I've been walking laps around my 24 round pool. Doing a mile a day. My house is old so it's hot all damn day haha. We only use fans not AC so it's hot and sticky all day. I still feel like I've been eating more since I've been sick. My stomach
Gets like a burny sour feeling. Don't know if that's from nose spray I'm still using or whatever but eating makes it stop.
I need to wren myself back to 1350 calories. I'm hoping if I can eat good and keep drinking water the bloat will go down and my pool exercises will be enough0 -
Oh, boy, yes. The heat always slows me down and makes me want to quit. I run slower than I usually do and would rather not start running in the first place (and I enjoy going on runs).
I try to stay hydrated and not worry about it. I get out and do what I can. That's enough for me in the heat.0 -
What I hate is the bloating from either heat or humidity. I was getting a flatter stomach thinking this will be the summer I look leaner then bam, gushy gut again !0
