So been 5 months since starting gym, and i feel great love going and even get grumpy if don't lol problem is not seeing much being lost around my belly and chest.

i go a 3 mile run before gym then going rowing machine and then do weights i also do sit ups and press ups at home every day.

my question is what exercise or advice would you give to help me?

Are you in a caloric deficit? That is the only way to lose fat, there is no such thing as spot reduction. The chest and belly fat will only go down when your overall body fat is going down.

Eating fewer calories than your body needs to maintain its current state. You are tracking your calories correct?
