Hello, new here. 4-5 kg to lose. I'm a cyclist and want to lose some to get faster

Finding it REALLY hard as I'm hungry all the time and need some support. I love my food and I'm not great at being hungry.

    Hey Heather,
    I love to cycle myself. With the arrival of my daughter (2) and new high job, I haven't been on the bike in over a year and a half. I have paid for it by gaining weight. So yeah I will add you. :)

    Hi, I cycle too, and definitely can relate to 'hungry'. I especially find things a challenge after long bike ride days. I try to spread out the 'surplus' exercise calories over the next day so that when I am hungry after a long ride I can stay 'on track'. Will send FR

    I'm an avid cyclist commuter. I do plan to get more into the recreation aspect of cycling as I get more fit.
