This picture as above was taken today, and it's the first time that I can look at myself in a picture and feel slim !

    Thank you and yes you will get there, you enjoy the journey though getting there, every time you lose a lb or two - just think ' I will not be that weight again ' you can always add me as a friend if you want, good luck
